LEAD Anime is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the contact form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Every year, major US carriers add temporary surcharges during the busy holiday season to manage higher package volumes. To stay aligned with these standard adjustments, Printify will also apply a temporary shipping surcharge on all orders with a US destination address.
From October 15, 2025, through January 17, 2026, a USD 0.40 surcharge per order will apply to every order shipped to a US destination. This adjustment happens each year and is based on carrier-wide peak season pricing changes, not Printify-specific price increases.

What this means for you
- The surcharge applies to all orders with a US destination address, across all shipping methods.
- It’s charged per order, not per parcel. For example, if multiple Print Providers fulfill a single order, the surcharge still remains USD 0.40.
- The surcharge will appear in the Shipping cost section of the order details page.
- If an order is fully canceled, the surcharge will be refunded. For partially canceled orders, the surcharge remains applied.
